How are you different from the major closet companies?

We are a small and private company, not a franchise. As a family owned business, you will be dealing directly with us, the owners, for consultations, sales, designs, and installations.

How do your prices compare to the "big box" closet companies?

We have excellent prices, and always recommend you get a competitive bid from one or two of the large companies.

Some companies offer free installation...do you?

"Free installation" is nothing more than a sales gimmick. Any reputable closet company, including Amazing Spaces, includes installation in the quoted price. The same is true for consultation and design.

How do your products compare to the big companies?

Our products and materials are top quality in the industry. In most cases our suppliers purchase melamine from the same sources as the big stores. We also purchase our hardware and accessories from the same sources as the large companies. We will gladly supply a comparison of details such as edgebanding thickness, etc., upon request.

What is the thickness of your materials?

Our choices for standard closet shelves and partitions are ¾" and 5/8", and we can special order 1" material if so desired.

Do you offer "real wood" products?

We offer a pre-finished maple veneer for closets and offices, and also offer a pre-finished cherry for office cabinets.

What kind of warranty do you have?

Our products have a lifetime warranty. Our MasterSuite products in addition have a lifetime free replacement policy that is among the best in the business.

Do you offer "green" materials?

Yes, we can get green materials with a longer lead time and a somewhat higher cost. Hopefully in the near future, our suppliers will be able to increase the volume of these materials and as a result, decrease both lead time and cost.
